Incubation Location
The North Olympic Peninsula region of Washington state contains a thriving community of established visual and performing artists; visit these pages to learn more about them.
This web site was created to encourage and celebrate the emerging artists and writers - the youth of our region. Initially focused on creative writing and visual arts, it will be expanded to include the performing arts in the near future.
Magic happens when creative people work together.

About us
This section describes who we are, and how you can help. It will be expanded to include profiles of each of the teachers and community members involved in the program.
Portfolio
Artists' and writers' formal galleries are referenced from this page. Works-in-progress can be viewed in the Images and Words interactive sections (see below).
Images
This, too, is a separate application. Registered users can upload photos, and comment on the works of others.
Notes from Photo Workshop
In January 2007, we held a photo workshop involving Clallam County art teachers and a few students. The written notes from that meeting are included on this site. It's hoped that as we continue to photograph artwork, we'll learn more about techniques and can modify these notes.
